  • MRW (Logistics): We communicate your contact details (name, address, and phone number) to MRW for the execution of the urgent transport service (14h/48h).

  • WhatsApp Business: By initiating contact via this channel, you accept the processing of your number for commercial support.

  • Google Services: We use reCAPTCHA v3 (security) and Analytics (traffic analysis), under Google’s privacy policies.

4. Legitimation

The legal basis for processing your data is:

  • Execution of a contract: Necessary to process your purchase in WooCommerce and deliver the material.

  • Consent of the interested party: By completing forms or contacting us through digital channels.

  • Legitimate interest: To guarantee website security and prevent fraud in transactions.

5. Recipients

  • Surgiwell GmbH (Germany): Only for technical engineering support or warranties of origin.

  • Logistics Operators (MRW): For the correct delivery of the instrumentation.

  • Billing Data: Will be kept for a period of 6 years in accordance with Spanish accounting and tax legislation.

  • Commercial Data: Will be maintained as long as a contractual relationship exists or the user does not request its deletion.

  • Technical Records: Technical inquiries will be kept for the time necessary to guarantee warranty traceability (3 years).

7. Rights of the Interested Party

You have the right to access, rectify, delete, limit, or oppose the processing of your data.
