High-Priority Logistics (Surgiwell SL)
At Surgiwell SL, as the official distributors of Ecowell and representatives of Surgiwell GmbH engineering, we operate with an optimized supply chain so that your instrumentation is available in the shortest time possible. All our shipments are carried out through MRW with real-time tracking.
Mainland Spain: 14h Urgent Service. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are managed for delivery on the next business day before 2:00 PM.
Transport Responsibility: Surgiwell SL contracts maximum priority services to ensure speed of supply. However, the effective fulfillment of the delivery schedule depends exclusively on the carrier’s operations. Surgiwell SL is not responsible for occasional delays resulting from logistical incidents or causes of force majeure beyond our control once the shipment has been handed over to MRW.
Flat Rates (VAT included)
Mainland Spain: 9€ (Free shipping for purchases over 100€).
Balearic Islands: 21€.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 35€ (Includes export DUA. Local taxes and entry customs are the responsibility of the recipient).
Right of Withdrawal and Health Safety
In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the following conditions and exceptions apply due to the nature of the product:
Health Protection and Hygiene (Art. 103.e): The return of surgical instrumentation that has been unsealed after delivery will not be accepted. Any breach of the security seal prevents its return for reasons of health safety.
Personalized Goods (Art. 103.c): Exchanges or returns of instrumentation that has been subject to laser engraving or personalization will not be accepted.
Return Management: In the event of withdrawal for sealed products, all return shipping is entirely at the expense and order of the buyer, who must ensure that the goods arrive at our facilities in perfect condition.
Technical Warranty and Professional Responsibility
3-Year Warranty: In accordance with Spanish regulations, all instrumentation marketed by Surgiwell SL has a 3-year warranty against technical functionality failures.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover deterioration caused by inadequate maintenance (incorrect cleaning/sterilization), negligent handling, or natural wear and tear from use.
Professional Use: Ecowell instrumentation is intended exclusively for professional use by qualified healthcare personnel. Surgiwell SL is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use or use outside of standard clinical protocols.
